Whether you are experienced in turf installation and seasonal maintenance or new to the industry, we want you. This is a great role for hands-on, physical outdoor work transforming properties across Ottawa.
Foremen & Crew Leaders
Lead your crew with precision. We look for leaders who respect best building practices, excel in straightforward communication, and can manage job sites efficiently.
Sales Team
Drive our growth through door-to-door community outreach and phone-based sales. If you have a great attitude and love connecting with homeowners, this role is for you.
Part-Time Administrator
Keep our office running smoothly! Handle scheduling, phone inquiries, and daily administrative tasks. Strong organization and a friendly voice are essential.
Equipment Operators & Drivers
Operate the machinery that makes our soft-scaping projects possible, or drive our trucks to ensure materials arrive safely on-site. Experience with heavy landscaping equipment, relevant licenses (AZ/ARZ), and a strict focus on safety are key.
